The IAA by-laws should be a matter for all members to have the opportunity to comment and help shape in a democratic fashion. Please take the time to read the draft text and respond to the three sections available in the form provided bellow:

1. Section A. Respond to the comments already provided to which a wider opinion is needed.
2. Section B. Respond to any articles in the draft we sent you, using the format in comments 4 and 5 below (i.e. number of article and section, comment, why you propose modification).
3. Section C. Respond to the full text by offering specific additional text and ideas, which in your opinion a good set of by-laws should include.

We ask this with all the respect of your time but also with the belief that you, with your response, will show the appreciation to all those who have so far have given their time to get this organization of the ground and make it a viable concern.
