Our young association received its first donation from one of its members. Todd Fisher, class of 2007, contributed an amount to be used for a gathering of alumni in the spring, in Newport. Todd was a leader in his class and during his first year (2005) there, he was elected class representative to the school staff meetings. He has been active with alumni affairs and participated in both regatta events, taking first place in the 2009 regatta. Originally from South Carolina he now leaves with his wife and one year old son , in Newport. 

While our association is not presently charging dues for membership, it relies on contribution from its members in terms of time and volunteer services, to keep its activities going. Very few have taken that role till now and we hope that Todd's donation will inspire alumni to help with their own means for the association to survive , grow and become a useful organization for its goals.
